The SCTPO, in partnership with Brevard County Parks & Recreation and FDOT District Five, is studying options for a new multi-use trail connecting S.R. 528 to Pine Island Conservation Area. This trail would become part of the SUN Trail network and East Coast Greenway, improving regional connectivity and outdoor recreation opportunities.
