Save the date – Winter Park’s 3rd Annual Bike to Work Day is happening March 8, 2017.
Everyone who lives, works or plays in Winter Park and surrounding communities is invited to join Healthy Central Florida (that’s everyone by the way). (Note – rain date is Mar. 9th) More than 200 riders are expected to participate – sign up early!
Wherever you live and wherever you work – plan to ride to work. Then in the afternoon, adult riders (18 and up), are invited to enjoy a group ride and social hour (21 & up) at Park Social located at 358 N. Park Avenue.
Remember, you can ride SunRail with your bike too. If you live fairly near the Winter Park or Maitland SunRail stations, you can easily ride to the station, take your bike on the train and ride to work downtown or somewhere along the SunRail line.
Calling All Employers! Healthy Central Florida encourages employers to participate by fielding an employee team.
The company/organization with the most riders will win a prize (and bragging rights). Who is the healthiest employer in town? We will see! Visit Healthy Central Florida for more details.
