Thank you, to the City of Apopka, for passing a pedestrian safety resolution June 6th. The city council voted unanimously to support Operation Best Foot Forward and its Triple E strategy for cutting pedestrian deaths and injuries in half over the next five years through a combination of low-cost engineering, high-visibility enforcement, and community wide driver/pedestrian education.
