When the TV news crews showed up on Day One of Operation BFF, social media exploded — from ER professionals at Orlando Health thanking OPD and OCSO to residents asking BFF to monitor crosswalks at Waterford Lakes. And, there were comments from Walkable West Palm Beach, Speak Up Broward, Transit Miami and Boston neighborhoods asking how their community can bring a Best Foot Forward to their neighborhoods. Now, AARP Magazine is coming to Orlando in a few weeks to interview the BFF Coaliton partners on this unique PRO PED Coalition making small steps in big ways to improve the safety of our streets with your help.
