Bike to Work Day with Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer is Friday, May 5!
Celebrate National Bike Month by joining City of Orlando’s Mayor, Buddy Dyer, and reThink Your Commute for their 18th annual Bike to Work Day on Friday, May 5. Registration for the ride will be at Orlando Festival Park starting at 7 a.m., where there will also be free coffee, bike tuneups, and raffle drawings. Buddy Dyer will kick off the ride at 8 a.m. The ride will finish at Orlando City Hall, where Buddy Dyer will award the largest teams with medals.
Want to ride but don’t have a helmet? Bike/Walk Central Florida will be at the event providing free helmets to those who are in need of one – come visit us for safety information and other freebies as well.
