Join Healthy Central Florida for Biking Works in Winter Park, the first official Bike to Work Day in Winter Park. This fun, free community-wide event is taking place on Wednesday, March 8th and all are encouraged to commute to work (or school) by bicycle that day for fitness and fun. Encourage your employer to field a team. There will be recognition for all companies that are represented who support their cyclists!
Celebrate Cycling – Fun Group Ride
At 4:00 pm there will be a short (approx. 45 minutes) group ride through the city. Meet at 3:30 pm in North Central Park near Garfield Avenue (the route will be posted online soon – check back for details).
At 5:00 pm join the group for a Happy, Healthy Hour at Park Social.
Biking Works in Winter Park is supported by the City of Winter Park and the Winter Park Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee along with Healthy Central Florida, and is generously supported by the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and Park Avenue Merchants Association.
