August 5, 2014 was America’s NIGHT OUT Against Crime, and your Best Foot Forward team participated in five local National Night Out events, promoting safe communities across Orange County. In addition, Best Foot Forward flyers and stickers were distributed by neighborhood watch organizers to communities and neighborhoods all over Orange County for 140 National Night Out events.
At the Sedano’s on Curry Ford Road, a crowd of 200 enjoyed receiving BFF’s trademark bumper stickers and burgers and hot dogs grilled by members of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Law enforcement and other crime prevention specialists reinforced the safety message with an interactive Q & A for Audubon Park’s National Night Out.
